I have a coordinator included with my package at my venue, so do I need a Wedding Day Coordinator? Isn't it the same thing?

The answer is you do not have a Wedding Day Coordinator...you have a banquet / venue manager. Their job is to answer questions regarding the venue and help ensure that everything the venue promised to deliver is delivered .We work with the banquet manager to ensure your reception is everything it should be. Our attention to the details allows the banquet manager to put their focus on their staff to ensure that your dinner reception is absolutely perfect. The venue has hired the banquet manager to work for them. You have hired us to work for YOU. It is not their job to assist you in planning all the necessary details that goes into planning your big day. We are your personal insurance for an unforgettable day

How soon do I need to start planning?

The sooner the better, good venues go quickly; good vendors get booked up quickly. To ensure you get the very best, it’s never too early to start planning.

What if I only want help right before the big day?
